Free Returns

You have the right to return purchased products free of charge within 14 days from the date you received your order, provided they are full-price items.

• To take advantage of free returns, ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, with original tags and packaging intact.

Discounted or Promotional Items

• Items purchased on sale or during promotions can also be returned within 14 days; however, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
• In this case as well, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return Procedure

• To initiate the return process, contact us at our email address info@roseapois.com or via the contact form available on our website.
• You will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare the package and the code needed for shipping (if the return is free).
• For paid returns, we offer the option to return your items through our home collection service. The cost for each return request is €9.00, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund

• Once we have received the returned product, we will inspect its condition and send you an update on the refund status.
• The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase within 10 business days from the return confirmation.
