Shipping policy

Shipping is always FREE for orders over €100.

For orders of smaller amounts, a fixed cost of €9 will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays. The shipping service is an express service:

• 1-3 working days for shipments to Italy
• 1-5 working days for shipments to other EU countries
• 1-6 working days for non-EU shipments

Orders outside the European Union: All orders destined for a country outside the European Union have a shipping cost of €18 and may be subject to customs and import duties. The company has no control over these charges and cannot advise the Customer regarding the amount as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. By concluding a transaction on this store, each Customer accepts the aforementioned conditions and all customs fees will be charged to the Customer according to the regulations of the destination country.
